'Your Say' items appear in the City of Wanneroo's 'WannerooLink' advertising page which features every Tuesday in the Wanneroo Times Community Newspaper, on public notice boards and of course, this page.

Written comments on 'Your Say' items can be forwarded by post or email and should be addressed to Daniel Simms, Chief Executive Officer.

General feedback is also encouraged on non advertised items.

Yanchep City Local Structure Plan No.68 - reference: SP/0118V01
Covers the area in and around the Yanchep Strategic City Centre, located within the wider Yanchep-Two Rock District Structure Plan. The area is bounded generally by Yanchep Beach Road to the south, the Mitchell Freeway Reserve in the east, the Marmion Avenue extension in the west and Bush Forever and private landholdings to the north. The proposed LSP provides a mixture of commercial, retail, entertainment, hospitality, residential, education and community oriented uses and covers an area of 612 hectares.

Capricorn Coastal Node Structure Plan No.75 - reference: SP/0131V01
Covers the area located in the western most section of the Capricorn Coastal Village. Currently Club Capricorn is established on part of the site. The development of the Coastal Node will provide the opportunity to replace the existing resort with a wide range of accommodation types and facilities including bed and breakfast, to high quality resort apartments and covers an area of 19 hectares.

Lot 103 Yanchep Beach Road Local Structure Plan No.76 - reference: SP/0132V01
Covers the area south of Yanchep Beach Road and between the Northern Suburbs Railway reserve and Mitchell Freeway reserve. The proposed structure plan is a predominantly residential based development, with a mixture of densities and provides a framework for the creation of a future rail transit station, a local centre, public open space and a primary school. The structure plan covers an area of 116 hectares.

Tamala Park Local Structure Plan No.79 - reference: SP/0138V01
Covers the areas south of the suburbs of Mindarie and Clarkson. The structure plan area is bound by Neerabup Road to the north, the Mitchell Freeway reservation and Neerabup National Park to the east, the Tamala Park Landfill facility to the south and an exisiting coastal foreshore reserve to the west. The proposed structure plan is a predominantly residential based development, with a range of densities and provides a framework for the creation of mixed use, office, business and commercial areas, as well as a primary school. The structure plan covers an area of 180 hectares.
