The City of Wanneroo's 2009/10 budget, adopted by council, will see $72 million invested in our capital works program (including $38 million carried over from 2008/09).

• Completion of the Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre
• $220,000 allocated to the upgrade and provision of community safety initiatives
• $19 million for major road extensions and upgrades
• $150,000 for upgrade works at Carramar and Marangaroo golf courses
• $150,000 for the development of a water wise garden project in Marangaroo
• $120,000 for the development of the Walls of Honour project at Bert Togno Park
• $40,000 for the construction and installation of the Wanneroo Cultural and Civic Trail
