Abandoned Shopping Trolleys
Coles Supermarkets have introduced a shopping trolley action plan to address the issue of abandoned trolleys across the City's district. To report any Coles or Wesfarmers abandoned trolleys please use the free call number 1800 876 553. You can also use the email address 1800TROLLEY@coles.com.au. Please note that this service is only for Coles or Wesfarmers abandoned trolleys (such as Kmart, Target, Bunnings or Officeworks).
To report abandoned trolleys from any other stores please ring the City on 9405 5000 during business hours or 1300 138393 and Rangers will respond.
If you are aware of illegal dumping of rubble or rubbish, contact Ranger Services. Our Rangers will investigate requests relating to these matters, and this may result in the offenders being issued with an infringement notice or prosecution. Vehicle registration numbers of offenders should be recorded where possible as this will assist in investigations.
