Subdivision and amalgamation proposals are determined by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), however the applications affecting the City of Wanneroo are referred to the City for comment.

The City will assess the subdivision application and make a recommendation back to the WAPC having regard for the City’s District Planning Scheme and Policy provisions.

Applications for clearance of subdivision conditions should be lodged with the City in accordance with the City’s guidelines below.
