Freestyle Fatburn 
A hybrid mixture of Circuit, Combat, Step and Fitball style classes. Ideal for body conditioning and burning calories.
 
Fitball
A freestyle fitball class that focuses on core strength and stability, with all exercises using the fitball. A great tool for a low impact workout.
 
Stretch 'n' Tone
An intense but relaxing session. Stretch 'n' Tone uses exercise and breathing techniques to work on core strength, stability, posture and flexibility, increasing vitality and feelings of overall well being.
 
Abs, Bums and Thighs
A lively, freestyle aerobics class that gives your abs, bum and thighs a great workout. A fun and energetic way to burn the calories and tone up these problem areas.
 
Cardio Box
Great for guys and girls. This is an intense, high-octane session using boxing gloves and focus mitts. Burn through the calories in this energising workout for upper body, core strength and improved cardio.
 
Step to It
A freestyle step circuit that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Step To It combines traditional circuit elements with fitballs to improve overall strength, core stability and the conditioning of your legs, bums and tums.
