Beaches:
Along 32 kilometres of pristine coastline, you will find ideal locations for surfing, swimming or a to just enjoy the sunset over the Indian Ocean. Dewars Surf Spot in Yanchep is renowned for its fantastic waves, and Yanchep Lagoon Beach is a secluded swimming spot perfect for families.
Please enjoy the beaches safely, and swim between the red and yellow flags.
Transport:

Shopping:
There are two major shopping centres in the City of Wanneroo, catering for all your retail needs. Ocean Keys Shopping Centre is located in Clarkson, in close proximity to Clarkson train station, and Kingsway Shopping Centre in Madeley is easily accessible by bus from Greenwood train station.
Weather:
The Sunset Coast experiences over 8 hours of sunshine each day which invariably ends with a magnificent sunset over the ocean.
The warm dry Summer from December to February brings temperatures around 31°C and 19°C with little rainfall. The hottest days are made comfortable by a cooling afternoon sea breeze, known as “The Fremantle Doctor”, which brings welcome relief.
