A time period of ten minutes is set-aside for each deputation and three people are at liberty to address the elected members.

Deputation sessions are open to the public.

If you wish to present a deputation please submit your request in writing. Deputations should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Locked Bag 1, Wanneroo WA 6946, hand delivered to the City's Civic Centre, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo, emailed or faxed to Governance on 9405 5097.
