The City of Wanneroo supports its local community in creating art through the Community Art Partnerships Program which is open to artists and community groups. The City will assist through providing support in developing and realising your idea and providing financial support up to $3000.

Recent projects created through the Community Art Partnerships Program include:
- Quinns Rocks Gumblossom Girl Guides created mosaics depicting the floral emblems of their patrol groups with are now displayed at the Anthony Waring Clubrooms in Clarkson.
- Community members of Banksia Grove worked with artist Lesley King to design and paint a mural at Peridot Park, Banksia Grove
- Artist Micheal Davies worked with the local community to paint a mural on the Joondalup Drive underpass in Carramar/Tapping
