The City of Wanneroo's Community Funding Program provides the opportunity for not for profit community organisations to apply for funding to support community events, activities and projects. This program is one of the initiatives developed to support key focus of the City's Strategic Plan.
Categories of funding available:
- Community Development - for projects or activities
- Event Sponsorship - for one off community events
- Hallmark Events - for Australia Day and ANZAC Day services and celebrations
Community Development and Event Sponsorship categories are available each March and October. The Hallmark Event category is available every 3 years in October (next consideration is in 2013).
