Show man’s best friend just how much you love him or her by treating them with a visit to the Dog’s Breakfast this Sunday.
The City of Wanneroo’s Dog’s Breakfast presented by ADVANCE, will this year be held at the Kingsway Regional Sporting Complex in Madeley.
Bring your pooch along to the family fun day, where there will be many canine-themed events, activities and exhibitors, including free vet checks and free microchips for the first 50 dogs.
Seminars will run throughout the day on animal behaviour issues and cooking for your four-legged friend, dogs can get creative with their own paw art on canvas, plus see demonstrations on agility, sled dogs, tracking and sheep dogs.
There will also be several competitions run throughout the day, with themes such as:
9.30am: Face Only a Mother Could Love – most unique looking face
10.30am: My Dog’s Got Talent – show off your dog’s talents live on stage for the judges
11.30am: Her Majesty’s Hound – dress your dog in the most regal attire
12.30pm: Next Dog Model – for the best looking pooches
New Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts will officially launch the month-long Beach to Bush Festival at the Dog’s Breakfast, and residents can pay their City of Wanneroo dog registration fees.
There will also be plenty of fun for the younger members of the family with free face painting, bouncy castle and kids craft activity in the ADVANCE marquee.

Barbeque breakfast will be available from the Olympic Kingsway Soccer marquee and a coffee van will be on site.
