More than 6000 people were at the Wanneroo Showgrounds on Saturday evening for the City of Wanneroo’s Beach to Bush Concert featuring Evermore.
The seven-time Aria Award nominated band wowed the crowd, belting out the hits that have made them a household name, as well as a few new ones including All the Way, which was performed live for the first time.
Prior to the Hume brothers taking the stage, five lucky fans were able to hang out backstage and chat to the boys after winning the various Meet and Greet competitions.
Boys Boys Boys! entertained the crowd in the early part of the evening with their electro-pop tunes, kicking off the dance-floor which only grew throughout the night as Evermore graced the stage.
The family friendly event was a huge hit with the younger crowd, with 450 youths heading to the youth zone for the many activities.
The Butcher Shop spray art workshop was extremely popular, as were the BMX stunts. Many budding musicians also enjoyed the WAM and Catch Music jam sessions, with kids aged between four and 14 trying out the various instruments.
