'Your Say' is your opportunity to provide feedback to the City of Wanneroo on issues which affect the community. Issues range from Planning & Development proposals, draft policies, public consultation on environmental issues, workshops and public meetings.

'Your Say' items appear in the City of Wanneroo's 'WannerooLink' advertising page which features every Tuesday in the Wanneroo Times Community Newspaper, on public notice boards and of course, this page.

Written comments on 'Your Say' items can be forwarded by post or email and should be addressed to Daniel Simms, Chief Executive Officer.

General feedback is also encouraged on non advertised items.

Proposed Capricorn Coastal Node Centre Structure Plan No. 75

Public comment is invited on the Capricorn Coastal Node Centre Structure Plan. The Structure Plan covers the area located in the western most section of the Capricorn Coastal Village and will provide the opportunity to replace the existing Club Capricorn resort with a wide range of accommodation types and facilities.

Proposed Road Closure - Portion of Pannell Way Girrawheen

The City invites public comment on a proposal to permanently close portion of the Pannell Way road reserve where it intersects with Montrose Avenue and Chataway Road, Girrawheen and the subsequent amalgamation of that land into the adjoining Lots 1 (16) Pannell Way and Lot 14 (2A) Pannell Way, Girrawheen.
