Weekend Drop off for Household Recyclables

The City of Wanneroo’s Greens Recycling Centre located at 70 Motivation Drive, Wangara, is opening its doors to the public (weekends and public holidays only) to accept household recyclables. The drop off is for any products able to be recycled through the yellow lid kerbside recycling collection program.

Now when you are dropping off your greenwaste, you can also take cardboard, paper, plastics, cans and glass. The program will also accept 5 litre bottles of used engine oil, car batteries; CFL globes, household batteries and mobile phones.

This move is to support the kerbside recycling collection program in our effort to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill.
