Absolute ABT
The problem areas we all want to get rid of, Abs, Bums and Thighs. Absolute ABT is a lively, freestyle aerobics class that will give all these areas a dynamic work out. A fun and energetic way to burn the calories and tone up these problem areas.

Pump It Up
This class will improve your strength and conditioning while increasing your fat burning capabilities. This pumping class will leave you with a total body workout by using a clever assortment of weights, bars, plates and your own body's weight resistance. Get pumping!

Fitball Force
Move your body through this fun and challenging freestyle Fitball class that has a major focus on the development and enhancement of your core strength and stability. Fitball Force exercises all make use of the Fitball, which makes the class fun, easy to follow and a great low impact workout.

Perfect Pilates
A flowing, progressive workout that trains the body to move the way it was intended. Perfect Pilates uses exercise and breathing techniques to work on core strength, stability, posture and flexibility, increasing vitality and enhancing your body's ability to improve its quality of movement.

Box Attack
Great for guys and girls, this is an intense, high-octane session using boxing gloves and focus mitts. Burn through the calories in this energising work out that is sure to improve your cardio and develop your upper body and core strength.

Triple T®
Be prepared to feel the burn in the tummy, tush and thighs in this brand new pre-choreographed group fitness class. Triple T is low impact and requires no coordination. Get ready for results!

Tone It!
A circuit based class that combines cardio activities, fitballs, weights (and anything else on hand!) in order to provide the best results for weight loss and toning. The beauty of Tone It! is that it allows you to go at your own pace while you complete a full body workout that will leave you breathless, yet amazed at the results!

Thump®
Boxing works all aspects of fitness and the high energy nature of this class means that while you box for weight loss, muscle toning and even stress relief, you will start to see improvements in no time!

Zumba® Ditch the workout, join the party!
Zumba combines Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dance fitness class that will leave you feeling exhilarated! Achieves calorie burning, body energising and a progressive core workout.
