The wait is finally over for avid followers of all things sustainable, innovative and efficient when it comes to housing design.
The EcoVision Wanneroo homes will be open free to the public every Saturday in 2012, 2-4pm until further notice or by appointment with Carolyn Baldwin 9405 5479 or 0417 162 972.

The Design
The EcoVision Wanneroo Demonstration Homes designed by Arcologic Design are 2 single storey homes on a 750 square metre block. The design features of the homes include:

The Location: The Kestrels
The EcoVision Wanneroo Demonstration Homes are located in The Kestrels estate at Tapping, Wanneroo (5 Ardea Way). Cedar Woods Properties Ltd is the developer of 'The Kestrels' estate and was awarded the City of Wanneroo 2006 Business and Industry Environmental Excellance Award. 'The Kestrels' is a Housing Industry Association accredited Greensmart estate and is acknowledged for its promotion of energy efficiency, water minimisation, waste minimisation and other environmental enhancement initiatives.
