BODY PUMP A pre-choreographed resistance class, using barbell and hand weights. The focus is on correct technique with light weights and high repetitions designed for muscular endurance and tone. ZUMBA Electric blend of hypnotic, Latin rhythms and top chart music with fun, easy to follow movements.
BODY COMBAT

A pre-choreographed martial arts based class. Combining punches and kicks without contact for a great fitness workout.

AERO BOXING

A circuit styled boxing class combining bodyweight exercise with pads and gloves giving you a great full body workout.

BODY STEP

A pre-choreographed step class with emphasis on fitness and easy to follow moves. Suitable for most fitness levels.

YOGA

A low intensity class with primary focus on relaxation and stress relief, whilst improving flexibility. Designed to suit all general yoga participant levels.

BODY BALANCE

A pre-choreographed Yoga-influenced class, blending moves from Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and relaxation stretches. Great for postural muscle improvement.

ABT

A class which focuses on 3 major muscle groups (abdominals, buttocks and thighs) through a variety of low impact exercises.

POWER CIRCUIT

A non-choreographed total body workout aimed at all major muscle groups. Suitable for most abilities.

V.YOGA

Body/mind adventure incorporating postures, breathing and mindfulness for a complete yoga experience. Sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress & fatigue.

NIFTY 50's
ACTIVE
This program is specifically designed to help seniors increase strength, core stability/posture, and bone density whilst building muscle and having a whole lot of fun. HIIT FIT High intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This 30 minute express class provides a range of anaerobic exercises within timed intervals to stimulate ultimate fat burn and toning.
