Sportslink

The City of Wanneroo is now running "Sportslink" a sporting service for children with disabilities designed to build confidence and sporting ability.  Help your child develop the sporting skills and confidence they can use to make the transition into mainstream sporting groups.  Activities are designed to suit your child's individual ability.

Computer Classes for Seniors

In partnership with a local community organisation W.A Computer Tutoring (Inc) the City delivers free computer training to seniors in several locations throughout the City.  W.A Computer Tutoring Inc is currently providing computer training to up to 200 residents per week.

Tales of Times Past

Tales of Times Past is an intergenerational, intercultural, oral history program designed at bridging the generation gap and promote the rich historical knowledge that our senior residents have to offer.  This is a special opportunity for senior members to meet, recall and share stories of past times.  This free program includes opportunities to retell some of these stories to children at local schools and to the wider community.

Toy Libraries

Toy Libraries provide a wide variety of toys, games, puzzles and tapes to members. They provide an alternative for parents purchasing toys for children. Most toy libraries are community based. Fund raising is usually organised by the members.
