Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the property as follows:
Lessee: Bernardo Alalid – Orion Café Pty Ltd (The Trustee of the Alalid Family Trust)
Property: 320m2 (approximate) portion of Lot 9740 (10) Brazier Road, Yanchep
Term: Six (6) months commencing on the execution of the lease
Rental: $20,000 (plus GST) per annum pro-rata plus outgoings
Market Valuation: $20,000 (plus GST) per annum
