The City has received an application for Approval to Commenced Development for the above proposal, which is being advertised for public comment commenting on 11 July 2017 to 1 August 2017.
The extension to the existing Nursing Home proposed the following;
- A three storey building with a maximum height of 13.4m, which is located at the intersection of Marangaroo Drive and Wanneroo Road;
- The building will provide 84 beds for patients, communal lounge and dining rooms, as well as treatment rooms for patients
- An additional four car parking bays to those already provided on the site; and landscaping.
Should you make a submission on a planning proposal, please note that your details may be made public at a Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel meeting and included in a Metro North-West Development Assessment Panel Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specially request otherwise in your submission.
Following the conclusion of the consultation period the application will then proceed to be determined by the Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel.
