Grouped Dwellings, Parking & Driveways - Amendment to DA2014/1485 - Lot 100 Wanneroo Road
The above mentioned application is for an amendment to a previously
approved application from the Metro North West Joint Development Assessment
Panel. The following amendments include

Lot 57,62 & 64: Approved as a previous type
B and are to be replaced with the plans shown as Type 1S.
·
Lot 70 & 71: Approved as a previous type 3
and are to be replaced with Type J & J1.
