Proposed Additions to Existing Tavern (Alfresco, Beer Garden and Signage) - Lot 505 (61) Templeton Crescent Girrawheen

Public comment is invited on the proposed Additions to Existing Tavern (Alfresco, Beer Garden and Signage) at 31 Templeton Crescent, Girrawheen. The proposal incorporates the following:

  •  to create an alfresco dining area associated with the restaurant, which is approximately 70m2 in area, to the southern  portion of the existing building;
  •  to create a beer garden, which is approximately 46m2 in area, to the northern portion of the existing building;
  •  two wall signs; and
  •  upgrades to the external façade.
