Proposed Amendment No. 20 to the East Wanneroo Cell 5 (Landsdale) Structure Plan - Lot 201 (42) Pollino Gardens, Landsdale
Public comment is invited on the above mentioned amendment which proposes to zone a portion of the public open space and designated road within Part Lot 1 (42) Pollino Gardens, Landsdale, with Residential R40 zoning, and allow Medical Centre, Pharmacy and Café as additional uses on Part Lot 2 (42) Pollino Gardens.
