Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 168
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the above planning scheme amendment for the purpose of allowing the local government to establish a Design Review Panel, and to require that the relevant recommendations of the Design Review Panel are given due regard by the local government in the consideration of development applications.
