The City is re-advertising the abovementioned amendment, which was previously advertised from 15 July 2014 to 26 August 2014.
The City is re-advertising the amendment in light of changes to the proposal now been sought by the applicant.
The amendment proposal subject to re-advertising seeks various modifications to the ASP 80 text (not being sought through Amendment No. 5) affecting land use permissibility on Lot 810 (1397) and Lot 811 (1387) Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo.
