Proposed Change of Use from Showroom to Drive-Through Food Outlet  - DA2018/1288 - 81 Ghost Gum Boulevard, Banksia Grove

Public comment is invited on the proposed Change of Use of Showroom #3 to a Drive-Through Food Outlet (Chicken Treat) which includes building design changes in order to create an indoor and outdoor seating area for the Chicken Treat.  Copies of the approved plans illustrating the previously approved Showroom are included for reference purposes only.

The proposed Chicken Treat will be located within the south-east portion of the site and will include the following:

• An indoor and outdoor seating area to cater for 32 people with a non-seated net leasable area of approximately 100m²; and
• The proposed hours of operation are intended from 10am – 10pm Monday to Sunday.

 A Traffic Impact Statement has been provided in support for this application and is available for public viewing.
