Proposed Amendment No. 16 to the East Wanneroo Cell 2 Structure Plan No. 4 (Sinagra)

Public comment is invited on the above mentioned amendment which proposes to recode Lot 701 (No. 10) Caporn Street, Sinagra from Residential R20 (average lot size 450m2) to R30 (average lot size 300m2).   While an R20 development could possibly yield 24 lots, R30 development may yield about 36 lots.

  • Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments; and
  • Your email address, to allow the City to communicate with you promptly in relation to this proposal.
