Proposed Change of Use to Holiday House - Lot 1574 (34) Attwood Place, Clarkson - DA2019/292
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned proposal, which is being advertised for public comment commencing 7 May 2019 and will conclude on 28 May 2019.
The application seeks approval for the existing house to be used for short-term accommodation (Holiday House). Details of the application include the following (as advised by the applicant):
- A maximum of 4 guests;
- No pets are permitted;
- Car parking is provided and contained on site;
- A minimum of 1 week stay and a maximum of 4 weeks stay; and
- No extensions or additional building works are proposed as part of this application.
In addition, a Management Plan has been provided to the City which will address matters such as waste management, noise management, and antisocial behaviour.
