Approval to Commence Development: 62 Boranup Avenue, Clarkson
The City has received an application for Approval to Commence Development at 62 Boranup Avenue, Clarkson (DA2014/607).
The proposal involves the construction of four (4) Offices, eight (8) Residential apartments, and 25 car parking bays on the site.
Please submit your comments no later than Friday 4 September 2015. Should you wish to make a submission please state whether it is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments.
Should you make a submission on a planning proposal, please note that your details may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.
