Proposed Amendment to DA2016/1840 (Medical Centre, Childcare Centre & Pharmacy) - 2 Boomerang Loop, Banksia Grove - DA2019/305
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned proposal, which is being advertised for public comment commencing 5 June 2019 and will conclude on 28 June 2019.
The application proposes to increase the number of consultants for the Medical Centre from a maximum of eight at any one time, to a maximum of twelve at any one time. The application also proposes an additional five car parking bays within the verge areas of Grandis Boulevard and Fairywren Street. The proposed increase in the number of consultants would create a parking shortfall for the site of 24 car bays, which is reduced to a shortfall of 15 bays when the on-street bays are considered.
