Proposed Amendment No. 38 to the East Wanneroo Cell 4 Structure Plan No. 6

Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which relates to 30 (Lot 594) Ranworth Road, Hocking.  At present, the eastern portion of the land contains St Elizabeth’s Catholic Primary School.

In the East Wanneroo Cell 4 Approved Structure Plan No. 6 for Hocking and Pearsall, the subject land is zoned as Residential Precinct.

The amendment proposes to rezone:

  • The portion of the land containing the primary school from Residential Precinct to Private Clubs/Recreation; and
  • The portion of the land along Wanneroo Road to Business zone. 

The amendment also proposes to recode the remaining Residential Precinct from R20 wherein the average lot size is 450m2 to a density code ranging from R25 (average 350m2 lot) to R60 (average 150m2 lot).
