Amendment No. 7 to the East Wanneroo Cell 9 (East Landsdale) Agreed Structure Plan No. 57 - Lot 1981 Gnangara Road, Landsdale
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to rezone the eastern portion of Lot 1981 Gnangara Road, Landsdale from Commercial Zone to Residential Precinct.
Please note: The structure plan amendment is being advertised in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 to seek public comment on the proposal and has not been endorsed by Council. A full assessment of the proposal will be undertaken during and after the advertising period and a recommendation will be made to the Western Australian Planning Commission on the proposal.
