Certification of Compliance with Development Approval Conditions

The applicant nominated on a Development Approval must complete the Certification of Compliance with Development Approval Conditions form within 14 days of the practical completion of the development. The certification of compliance must be accompanied by any relevant reports/ plans etc. as listed on the Development Approval.

 Note: Until the Certificate of Compliance is received by the Council, the development will be deemed to be non-compliant under clause 6.3 of District Planning Scheme No. 2.
