Parkrun Quinns Rocks

Come join Quinn’s Rocks Parkrun. Parkrun is a free, weekly, timed five kilometre run or walk – it’s you against the clock.

People of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate.  You can run, walk, push a pram or even take your dog, it’s a great way to meet others and get out and enjoy our beautiful parks.

REGISTRATION ESSENTIAL at www.parkrun.com.au/quinnsrocks

Where: Quinn’s Rocks Foreshore, Quinn’s Road. (next to Quinn’s Surf Life Saving Club)
When: Every Saturday morning. Run starts 8am sharp

Hainsworth Centre Yoga Classes 

Take some time for yourself and enjoy the physical benefits and relaxing art of practicing Yoga. This class welcomes people of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes.

New participants can try out their first class for free!

Time: Fridays 10:30am – 11:30am

Tai Chi for seniors

Tai Chi is a low impact way of getting more active and is good for the body and mind.

Girrawheen Fitness Programs

MOVE FOR LIFE for ages 60+

This gentle low impact exercise class combines weights and cardio training to keep you fit, flexible, strong and healthy.

Location: Hainsworth Centre, 29 Hainsworth Ave, Girrawheen
When: Term 3 2018: Monday 16 July - Wednesday 3 October // Mondays & Wednesdays 9:00am - 10:00am
Cost: $5 per session

This circuit based exercise program is designed for the not so fit and those who like a challenge. The 1 hour class uses a wide range of equipment including weights, skipping ropes, boxing gear, fit balls and more, you will get a complete body workout that is different every time.

When: Term 3 2018: Monday 16 July - Wednesday 3 October // Mondays & Wednesdays 10:30am - 11:30am
Cost: $5 per session

MOVE FOR FITNESS 18+ (with crèche)

This circuit based exercise program is designed for the not so fit and those who like a challenge. The 1 hour class uses a wide range of equipment including weights, skipping ropes, boxing gear, fit balls and more, you will get a complete body workout that is different every time.

Where: Phil Renkin Centre, 59 Lisford Ave, Two Rocks
When: Term 3 2018: 16 July to 5 October // Mondays & Fridays 9:15am - 10:15am       

Cost: $5 per session // crèche $3 per child per session
