The City of Wanneroo is strategically located within the fast-growing north-west metropolitan corridor of Perth, Western Australia, approximately 12km north of the Perth Central Business District (CBD) at its nearest point and 62km at its furthest point.

The City of Wanneroo is one of the fastest growing regions in Australia. Currently 173,000 people live here and our population will more than double over the next 23 years to 354,000 poeple.

A choice of commercial business locations
Businesses can choose to locate in one of the six major activity centres in the City, including the Yanchep Strategic Metropolitan Centre.

Perfectly positioned major industrial areas
Wangara and Neerabup industrial areas are centrally located with strong regional connections, particularly to the Joondalup Strategic Centre, and easy access to the Perth CBD and Great Northern Highway to access the north of the state. 

These industrial areas are will situated on major transport routes, including Wanneroo Road, Marmion Avenue, Gnangara Road and Ocean Reef Road. This ensure great accessibility for workers as well as freight transport requirements. 

The current Mitchell Freeway Extension project and planned Railway extension will only enhance accessibility and connections.
