Parkrun Quinns Rocks

Come join Quinn’s Rocks Parkrun. Parkrun is a free, weekly, timed five kilometre run or walk – it’s you against the clock.

People of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate.  You can run, walk, push a pram or even take your dog, it’s a great way to meet others and get out and enjoy our beautiful parks.

Where: Quinn’s Rocks Foreshore, Quinn’s Road. (next to Quinn’s Surf Life Saving Club)
When: Every Saturday morning starting 7 January 2017. Run starts 8am sharp

Teen Girls Yoga

Teen girl’s yoga is all about supporting girls in their teenage years by helping them build a healthy relationship with both their body and mind through the practice of yoga.

These weekly classes will explore breathing exercises, yoga postures, meditation and partner yoga.

$9 per session. Yoga mats are provided or you can bring your own.

Where: Carramar Community Centre, 5 Rawlinna Parkway, Carramar
When: Wednesdays
Times: 4:45pm - 5:30pm Tweens class for ages 10-12 years & 5:45pm-6:30pm Teens class for ages 13-16 years

Hainsworth Centre Yoga Classes 

Take some time for yourself and enjoy the physical benefits and relaxing art of practicing Yoga. This class welcomes people of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes.

New participants can try out their first class for free!

Tai Chi is a low impact way of getting more active and is good for the body and mind.

MOVE FOR LIFE for ages 60+

This gentle low impact exercise class combines weights and cardio training to keep you fit, flexible, strong and healthy.

Location: Hainsworth Centre, 29 Hainsworth Ave, Girrawheen
When: Term 1 2018: Monday 15 January - Wednesday 11 April // Mondays & Wednesdays 9:00am - 10:00am
Cost: $4 per session

This circuit based exercise program is designed for the not so fit and those who like a challenge. The 1 hour class uses a wide range of equipment including weights, skipping ropes, boxing gear, fit balls and more, you will get a complete body workout that is different every time.

This circuit based exercise program is designed for the not so fit and those who like a challenge. The 1 hour class uses a wide range of equipment including weights, skipping ropes, boxing gear, fit balls and more, you will get a complete body workout that is different every time.

Where: Phil Renkin Centre, 59 Lisford Ave, Two Rocks
When: Term 1 2018: 15 January to 13 April // Mondays & Fridays 9:15am - 10:15am  

Cost: $5 per session // crèche $3 per child per session
