Class Descriptions


Great bodies aren't born; they are transformed using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula: THE REP EFFECT™ a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. This class runs in 3 formats: 55 minutes, Express 45 (45 minutes), Express 30 (30 minutes).


The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who lead the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. This is a 45 minute class. 


A fiercely energetic program inspired by mixed martial arts. It draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. During this ultimate warrior workout you'll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This class runs in 2 formats: 55 minutes and Express 30 (30 minutes).


A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This is a 55 minute class.

BodyStep Athletic

BodyStep™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. This class runs in 2 formats: 55 minutes or Express 45 (45 minutes).


Feel a sense of wellbeing by exploring the mind/body relationship through low impact moves, yoga postures and breathing techniques. You will leave feeling long, strong, centred and calm. It's your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life.


This total body circuit will get your heart pumping, muscles toning, fat burning and your fitness peaking.

Thump Boxing

THUMP focuses on hard hitting drills with cardio and boxing combinations. Utilising focus mitts and pads, you are guaranteed to improve cardiovascular fitness, speed, power and strength. THUMP's specific boxing exercises are also sure to help you relieve your life's stresses, leaving the class a lot calmer than when you first entered! 


Jump on one of our Keiser M3+ spin bikes and start peddling! Spin classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of stages to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level. 


This High Intensity Interval Training class is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible.         

Ab Blast

Core and abdominal training that will get you ab-solutely fabtastic! Improve your posture, back strength and movement in this excellent 30 minute targeted class.

Roll & Release

Go a little deeper with functional fascia training in this class with a difference. Using foam rollers, mini rollers, balls and more you will increase short term flexibility, help to reduce muscle soreness and improve overall functional fitness.

Nifty 50’s Healthy Moves

A fitness session including cardio and strength training along with functional training for a balanced workout.
Nifty 50’s Pilates

This classical Pilates class works on core strength, posture, stability and flexibility whilst improving quality of movement.
