Aquarobics

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to a class with a towel and water.

Monday

  • 9:30am - Aqua HIIT with Karen
  • 1:00pm - Nifty 50s with Karen

Tuesday

  • 8:00am - Aqua Fit with Karen

Wednesday

  • 7:30am - Aqua HIIT with Dionne
  • 1:00pm - Nifty 50s with Karen

Thursday

  • 9:30am - Aqua HIIT with Rosemary

Friday

  • 8:00am - Aqua Fit with Karen
  • 1:00pm - Nifty 50s with Dionne

Saturday

  • 7:40am - Aqua HIIT with Karen (45 minute class)

AQUAFIT

An all body, low impact and fun exercise program performed in water suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

NIFTY 50s

A gentle, low impact class all about fun and socialising with the added bonus of a bit of exercise.

AQUA HIIT

Take your Aqua session to the next level with this higher intensity but still low impact workout.

Note:

  • Please always inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions that may affect your ability to exercise
  • For your safety, no one shall be allowed entry once the warm up has commenced
  • There is a 5 minute cut-off for late arrivals
  • Limit of 30 participants for Aquarobics classes
  • Limit of 12 participants for Deepwater Aqua
  • Class timetables may vary on Public Holidays
