A fiercely energetic program inspired by mixed martial arts. Strike your way through calories.

8:00am - 8:45am
Aqua Fit

Ideal if you are recovering from an injury or are looking for a low impact routine. You will still be burning and toning in the water. (45 minutes)

9:00am - 9:30am
C4 HIIT & Core FX

This total body circuit will get your heart pumping, muscles toning, fat burning, and your fitness peaking. 

9:45am - 10:30am
Bodypump™

Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements. You will burn fat and gain strength.

10:45am - 11:30am
Pilates

This class works on core strength, posture, stability and flexibility whilst improving quality of movement. Bring your own mat or you are welcome to use one of ours.

1:00pm to 2:00pm
Aqua Nifty 50s

A gentle, fun aqua class all about socialising and enjoying exercise.

5:40pm to 6:10pm
Spin HIIT

30 minutes of intense freestyle cycling. Maximum power equals maximum results.

Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements. You will burn fat and gain strength.

Book a class

Did you know that group fitness classes can be booked online? Just create an account and you’re ready to go.

Please note:

  • You must use the email address already registered with Aquamotion when creating an account. If you are unsure, please contact our friendly staff on 9405 5999 for assistance. 
  • Classes can’t be booked more than 50 hours before the class commencement time. 
  • Don't forget to cancel your class through the online booking portal if you are unable to attend.
