Fireworks and pyrotechnics are regulated by the Department of Mines and Petroleum.
The gain approval for the use of fireworks an application must be submitted to the Department of Mines and Petroleum.
The City’s Chief Bushfire Control Officer will also review your request to ensure they will not be released in areas of high density and there are not numerous firework related events occurring during the same period in close proximity.
