It’s official - Enterprise Park is nation’s best!

The City of Wanneroo is delighted that Enterprise Park in Wangara has been nationally recognised as Australia’s best industrial park.
The site’s developer, LandCorp, accepted the Best Business or Industrial Park Award at the Property Council of Australia's national Awards Night.
Mayor Tracey Roberts said the industrial park played an essential role for businesses and employment, not only in the City of Wanneroo but Perth’s north-west corridor.
“The Park is home to more than 250 businesses and has delivered around 10,000 jobs for the local area,” Mayor Roberts said.
“Enterprise Park has long been recognised as one of Perth’s most successful industrial estates, but for it to be acknowledged as the best in Australia is wonderful, and certainly deserved recognition.
“If you look back 40 years ago, only 11 per cent of Wanneroo residents were employed locally and that figure is around 40 per cent today, with Enterprise Park being a key to achieving this.
“The City would like to congratulate developer LandCorp and of course all of the businesses who have invested in Enterprise Park in the past 26 years.”
