Notice of IT Systems Outage - Saturday 7 to Sunday 8 October 2017

As The City of Wanneroo prepares to open the new Civic Centre Extension in November there will be a final phase of IT systems relocation to enable the move.
Work will take place this coming weekend from 08:00 on Saturday 7th October until 14:00 on Sunday 8th October and will involve a substantial IT systems outage.
The public facing services affected will be as follows:
- Email (incoming emails will queue until service is restored)
- Public access computers within the City libraries
- Phones
- Booking services in libraries and sports facilities may also be disrupted
Systems available throughout the weekend:
- Our main switchboard (08 9405 5000) will divert to a third party support organisation
- The City website will be online, however payment of Verge Bonds, Animal registration and Infringements will be disabled
- Public wi-fi within the libraries will remain operational
