Proposed 67 Multiple Dwellings and 8 Commercial Tenancies - 205 Butler Boulevard, Butler
The City has
received an application for Approval to Commence Development for the above
proposal, which is being advertised for public comment commencing 15 May 2017 and
will conclude on 6 June 2017. The proposal incorporates the following:

Communal areas for use by residents including
theatre rooms, dining rooms, communal gardens, gym and swimming pool;
·
8 Commercial tenancies;
·
110 car parking bays comprised of:
o 26 bays provided for the Commercial tenancies;
o 67 bays provided for residents; and
o 17 bays provided for visitors.
·
Bicycle parking and storage facilities.
Should you make a submission on a planning proposal, please note that your details may be made public at a Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel meeting and included in a Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.
Following the conclusion of the consultation period the application will then proceed to be determined by the Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel.
