Pursuant to Schedule 2, Clause 22(1)(a) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (Regulations), the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), on 02 Sep 2019, granted approval to Amendment No. 1 to the Central Alkimos Local Structure Plan No. 95.

Proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Central Alkimos Approved Structure Plan No. 95
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to:
- Consolidate and relocate portions of the Strategic Open Space; and
- Modify Road network to include additional Neighbourhood Connector Road.
