Public comment is invited on a proposed Change of Use from Warehouse to Recreation Centre at 2/2 Amesbury Loop, Butler.

The application proposes a Recreational Group Fitness Studio (Recreation Centre) at Unit 2/2 Amesbury Loop with a maximum of 10-15 clients and 1 trainer (maximum 16 people at any one time). The proposed hours of operation are proposed from Monday – Friday 9:00am – 10:45am and 5:30pm – 8:30pm with a fifteen minute gap in between classes.
