LAND DISPOSITION - Proposal to Licence portion of Lot 523 (8) Brazier Road, Yanchep
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the property as follows:
- Licensee: Orion Café Pty Ltd (as trustee for the Alalid Family Trust)
- Property: 75m2 (approximate) portion of Lot 523 (8) Brazier Road, Yanchep
- Term: To commence on the execution of the licence, expiring 8 May 2019 with an option for a further three additional one (1) year terms.
- Rental: $2,500 (plus GST) per annum pro-rata
- Market Valuation: $2,500 (plus GST) per annum.
