Proposed Single House at 95 Lagoon Drive, Yanchep - DA2020/348
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 July 2020.
The application proposes a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom single dwelling. Retaining
walls are proposed along the boundary of the property and whilst most of the
proposed retaining will be <0.5m in height (and therefore compliant with the
relevant controls), retaining along the western and northern boundaries at the
corner of the lot is noted to range from 0.5m to 1.2m in height with a nil
setback.
