The 690m long site is on Hepburn Ave eastbound carriageway between Spectator Dr to Hartman Drive. The site consists of a 19 year old asphalt surface with cracking and rutting throughout the site. The inspections and analysis indicate that the existing surface has reached terminal age and requires resurfacing. |
