| Summary | The Central Mariginiup Local Structure Plan encompasses approximately 310 hectares of land enabling the development of up to 3,500 residential dwellings accommodating up to 10,000 residents. The Structure Plan provides for multiple educational facilities, a district community facility, an indoor recreation centre, a regional sporting facility, a neighbourhood centre and a transit station. The structure plan also provides a range of public open spaces which afford opportunities for both passive and active recreation some of which are connected by a north south parkland link. |
