| Summary | The Lake Mariginiup Local Structure Plan encompasses approximately 395 hectares of land enabling the development of up to 3,200 residential dwellings accommodating up to 9,600 residents. The Structure Plan provides for multiple educational facilities, a Special Use area to facilitate the conservation of Berriman House as well as a community facility including a Neighbourhood Playing Field and a Pavilion / Community Centre. The structure plan also provides a range of public open spaces which afford opportunities for both passive and active recreation some of which are connected by a north south parkland link. |
