| Summary | The Ranch Road Local Structure Plan encompasses approximately 262 hectares of land enabling the development of up to 2,500 residential dwellings accommodating up to 7,500 residents. The Structure Plan provides for a primary school with a co-located community facility which is to include a Neighbourhood Playing Field and a Pavilion / Community Centre. The structure plan also provides a range of parklands and public open spaces which afford opportunities for both passive and active recreation some of which are connected by a north south parkland link. |
